Our annual meeting and document vote is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the Shelby Township Municipal Office located at 52700 Van Dyke Ave. Shelby Township, MI. Checking in will start at 6:30 PM and the meeting will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Along with annual meeting business there will be a vote on the governing documents immediately following the annual meeting.
Informational Meeting
An informational meeting regarding the updating and revision of the Restriction of Deeds and By-Laws is scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Shelby Activities Center, located at 14975 21 Mile Rd, Shelby Township Mi with check-in starting at 6:30 PM and the meeting will start promptly at 7:00 PM.
Representatives of the management company and the HOA attorney will be in attendance to answer any questions residents have regarding the changes. To submit questions for this meeting in advance, send to info@cpmsupport.com, questions will also be taken from the floor that night. All residents are encouraged to attend so that all voices can be heard, and questions/concerns can be addressed.

Crisis Averted
The August recruitment meeting was a fine success. Many thanks to our neighbors that have stepped up to join the board. Doing so is what allows us to keep Aberdeen a self-managed subdivision. There are no plans to hire a management firm for the foreseeable future.
Annual Meeting
The Aberdeen Annual Meeting scheduled for January 17, 2017 has been cancelled due to a weather related school closure. The meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, January 23, 2017 from 7pm to 9pm at Eisenhower High School.
